Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Faculty of Communication was established by the Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 2011/2018 published in the Official Gazette No. 27983 dated 03 July 2011, and within its scope;

• Department of Radio, Television and Cinema
• Department of Journalism
• Department of Communication Sciences
• Department of Visual Communication Design
• Department of Public Relations and Advertising
• It houses the Department of New Media and Communication.

Our faculty offers undergraduate and thesis and non-thesis graduate education in the Department of Radio, Television and Cinema, and there are a total of 858 students at the undergraduate level.

Undergraduate education is provided in the Department of Journalism and it has 305 students at the undergraduate level.

Our faculty offers master's and doctoral education with and without thesis in the Media and Cultural Studies Master's Program.

Faculty; Work continues to establish academic staff and physical infrastructure for the Departments of Communication Sciences, Visual Communication Design, Public Relations and Advertising and New Media.
